FAQ

When will my order be delivered?

Each candle is handmade to order and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery then takes:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days after dispatch

You'll receive tracking details once your order has been sent.


Can I Return my product?

Because each candle is made to order and personalised just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.If you have any questions before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re always happy to help.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We take great care when packaging every order. However, if your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
