2. When Your Order Becomes a Contract
When you place an order, you are submitting a purchase request.
You will receive an order confirmation email, but your order is only accepted when you receive a Dispatch Confirmation email.

If purchasing as a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a cancellation or return.
